Inspired by the stunning art work of the Custom Car scene (and after many sunny afternoons displaying our Pontiac Firebird Trans Am at car shows) my recent collection is designed around the stylised flames painted on many of the cars. Happily I can finally show you the rings to complete the initial pieces designed for this collection. Like my Dragonscale rings my Hot Rod Flame rings are all individually hand carved in either silver or gold.
Now that the world has re-started after the lock down, I am pleased to advise that I am again able to take on commissions. The Flame rings that I make, will be similar to the photographs shown but will not be exact copies, no two will be alike as the flames will vary in relation to the size and width of the ring commissioned. You can see in the photographs above that the narrower ring, in the last 2 photos (8mm wide) has a more elongated more asymmetric design than the ring in the first 4 photos (10mm wide). The rings can have either a high polished finish or a soft brushed satin finish.
The price for a ring starts at £160 plus P&P (for 8mm x 1.2mm sterling silver) and will rise according to the ring size, and the type and gauge of precious metal chosen.
