INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

When you purchase something from our website we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

 When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Our Services may contain links to other sites and this policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.  In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, we would encourage you to read their privacy statements.

 

For social sharing which you may use (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest), please refer to the individual site's privacy policies for detailed information regarding their use of data and how you can opt-out from their services. We cannot be held responsible how for these third parties may use your data.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  Please refer to Wix.com’s privacy statement.

 

We have no direct contact with any of your financial details such as bank account or credit card information during any part of the payment process. Only your basic personal details are available to us, specifically relating to your order (name, email and the billing/delivery addresses which you provide during checkout).  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. The payment gateways that we use are Stripe and Paypal, again we would confirm that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

 

The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with legal or tax obligations.

 

CONTACT

We will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and we will securely store any data collected during that period.  However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for 7 years. After this time we will delete your data from our records.

 

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.

 

Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.

 

Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

 

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
