RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us before you attempt to return the item.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify Karen J Ward if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item either in writing (address supplied upon request) or by email at email@example.com. The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We are entitled to deduct money from the refund if the item shows evidence of use which diminishes its value.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We also recommend returning by Royal Mail special delivery as any damages or losses incurred during return, may mean we are unable to refund you. Any refund will include the original postage cost if applicable, but you will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, also for any order consisting of “Bespoke Jewellery” (“Bespoke Jewellery” means any item of jewellery that is created or customised by us in accordance with your specifications. This includes but is not limited to items with customised/personalised design, metals, stones or engravings) your right to cancel is revoked.
You have a right to return goods if they develop a fault up to six months after receipt of the goods, provided this is not caused by inappropriate treatment of the item purchased. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us immediately.
