SHIPPING
We will email you to confirm dispatch of your order. You can then expect your item to arrive within 2-5 working days after receiving your confirmation. We take every care to ensure your order reaches you safely, and in a timely manner.
For security, items paid for by card, will be delivered to the billing address given when ordering. Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer. We use Royal Mail delivery services, but reserve the right to use another service without prior warning, if we deem it more suitable. You will be notified if this results in higher delivery charges.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your goods unattended.
All items will be boxed and posted in protective packaging.
Please check your items on delivery and any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us immediately by email or in writing so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction quickly.
PAYMENTS ONLINE
Payments online will be requested through Paypal. We accept all major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, which will all securely processed through Paypal. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
UK DELIVERY SERVICES
UK – Royal Mail special Delivery – insured, tracked & signed. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. A signature will be required for all UK shipments at the time of delivery, so please ensure someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

VAT & IMPORT DUTY
No VAT is added as Karen J Ward is currently not a VAT registered company.
CUSTOMS, TAX AND DUTIES - DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. We will post items anywhere in the world - so long as Royal Mail will deliver to that location - and we will complete customs forms truthfully in summary as "hand made fashion jewellery"
